Day 1: Leaving Reynosa the road
winds its way through the mountains of the Sierra
Madre to Victoria. After lunch, continue on to
Tampico. Night in Tampico. Holiday INN Centro

Day 2: Sit back and enjoy a
beautiful drive to Veracruz. Our drive takes
us along the coast which is a tropical drive, a long
with many tropical plant you will also see many
banana plantations. Arriving into the
city of Veracruz late afternoon.

Day 3: The city tour of Veracruz
the first city founded by the Spaniards will be an
enriching experience. Following, you will enter the
super-highway to Oaxaca, where you arrive about
dinner time. Free evening in Oaxaca.

Days 4: Past meets present in a
lovely medley called Oaxaca. On your first day in
Oaxaca, the tour conductor will guide travelers
through the streets of this ancient, traditional and
mystical city. Visit the church of Santo Domingo,
with the impressive golden beauty of its 7 ft. thick
walls and gold covered altar. Browsing the artisan
shops where black clay pottery is expertly created
is a must do. Night in Oaxaca. Breakfast

Day 5: The tour also includes a
visit to Monte Alban, the ancient capital of the
Zapotec empire, overlooking the valley where the
city of Oaxaca lies. Monte Alban consists of an
immense plaza surrounded by four large ceremonial
platforms, a ball court, and more than 200 tombs. The
archeological site of Mitla is an absolute must do
in Oaxaca. Along the way you will find the Tule Tree
a giant ahuehuete, mexican cypress, measures 164 ft.
high and 170 ft. around its base. Returning to
Oaxaca and enjoy one last evening in this exciting

Day 6: Depart from Oaxaca toward
Puebla. Along the way you marvel at the breathtaking
view of the snow-covered volcanoes of Popocatépetl and
Iztaccihuatl.
You will arrive in Puebla in time for lunch at this
beautiful colonial city. After lunch, enjoy a tour
of this city filled with history. You will also have
the opportunity to see how the beautiful Talavera
tile is made. Night in Puebla. Breakfast.

Day 7: Leaving
Puebla behind, the road leads you to the outskirts of
Mexico City, as we continue on to San Luis Potosi. In
time for dinner, this city greets you with its
colonial architecture and 400 years of history. Capital
of the state, established in 1546 as a mining town.
Night in San Luis Potosi. Welcome
cocktail. Breakfast
Day 8: Bid farewell
to Mexico as you commence your drive back to the Valley.
