FREE PICKUP FROM YOUR PARK with 6 or more on all overnight tours. Mission to Harlingen to Edinburg. If you live outside of this area we will make arrangements for you to drive your car to a designate place usually one of the RV Park’s within the pickup area. With a group of 12 or more we will pick you up anywhere in the Valley.

What is required to travel into Mexico ?

It's quite easy to go across the border all you need is one of the following.

1. birth certificate
2. passport
3. notarized affidavit  which we can do in our office at no cost to you.

A Mexican Visa is required to go into Mexico, for a trip of less than 8 days the visa is FREE for a trip for 8 days or more an additional visa fee of about $22 will be assessed depending on the peso to dollar exchange.

Note:  To reenter the USA you are required to to have a picture ID like a driver's license or state ID this will still be good for the year 2007.  Passport maybe required in year 2008. 

Cruises: you will be required to have a passport.

Tipping  is recommended for your tour guide and bus driver, we suggest $2-5 per day for your tour guide and $2-5 per day for your bus driver.  Waiters and Waitresses tipping 10-15% is the same in Mexico as it is in the USA .

Cancellations and Refunds :  If a tour is cancelled 10 prior to departure a $50 deposit is retained for all tours 4 days or less and $100 for all tours 5 days or more.  This deposit can be used toward any future tour for one year, if a replacement is obtained a full refund is returned.  

Tours where money was deposited by Fritz Travel for hotel reservations, air tickets or train tickets , this deposit will not be returned.

Accommodations & Itinerary: Due to local conditions, weather and/ or circumstances, Fritz Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or alter the accommodations.  Hotels within the same category may be substituted.

Fritz's Travel Responsibilities :  Fritz Travel is responsible to you for making all arrangements for transportation, accommodations and services provided that in the absence of negligence on the part of Fritz Travel, Fritz Travel's responsibility does not extend to any liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of or caused by any negligent act or omission on the part of any direct or indirect air carrier, hotel, or motel operator, ground transportation contractor or any person rendering services being offered.

In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages.  Fritz Travel reserves the right to substitute hotel/ motel accommodations and to make alterations in the itinerary, which do not constitute a major change, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of Fritz Travel.  

Special requests such as room location, special meals or assistance will be communicated to the appropriate party, but cannot be guaranteed by Fritz Travel.   Every effort has been made to produce this information accurately.  We reserve the right to correct errors.
